The Honorable David Proctor of the Northern District of Alabama Denied the defendants Motion to Dismiss the Providers Fourth Amended Complaint on June 28, 2017 in MDL 2406 in re Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation. The Blues defendants were seeking to escape a suit alleging that the Blues have unlawfully allocated geographic markets and fixed prices. Judge Proctor in his twenty-one page opinion ruled that the Defendants motion to dismiss should be denied.
