There will be two hearings on January 14, 2016 in MDL 2406 In Re: Blue Cross and Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation in the Northern District of Alabama. Judge T Michael Putnam will hold a discovery hearing in the morning followed by a status conference with Judge David Proctor in the afternoon.
